The opportunity

The position is for the GDS team within EY Brand, Marketing and Communications and will be aligned to the Communications and Engagement (CE) pillar. This position will work with our stakeholder team to create compelling communications for various internal finance and operations deliverables, including overall cascade approach to relevant stakeholder, messaging and communications materials. The role will also manage EY’s CE channels, including intranet, webcast, newsletter and email communications. This role will support the development and execution of internal communications strategies aligned to business priorities and the broader organizational agenda.

Your key responsibilities
- Write, edit, produce and curate content for internal deliverables across a variety of channels, such as internal news articles, personnel announcements, newsletters, videos, internal reports, meeting and town-hall materials, and intranet content.
- Project manage and plan for team deliverables and upcoming milestones, including overseeing communications calendars,



schedules and timelines across multiple initiatives.
- Develop and execute internal communications strategy/plans, working with key stakeholders across the Communications team.
- Interview stakeholders to gather information for drafting various deliverables.
- Oversee metrics and impact for the team’s communications activities.
- Develop and implement communications initiatives aligned to business priorities to engage, educate and inspire employees
- Interact and collaborate with internal teams, including Creative, Marketing and Shared Services teams, to deliver high-quality communications assets.
