About the Role:
We are looking for a strong Product Manager to lead cross-sell strategy and execution for our cash loans and credit lines portfolio in the Near Prime segment. You will be fully responsible for driving incremental product adoption among our existing customer base, maximizing share of wallet, and designing seamless multi-product journeys. This role demands the ability to balance customer lifetime value, data-driven offer design, and business profitability. The role is mostly remote, with business trips when required.




Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the cross-sell strategy and roadmap for Cash Loans and Credit Lines, identifying high-potential customer segments for multi-product adoption.
- Design targeted cross-sell value propositions that sit at the intersection of customer needs, product eligibility, tech feasibility, and financial return.
- Own the cross-sell P&L; and track core metrics: cross-sell take-up rate, products-per-customer ratio, time-to-second-product, incremental revenue per customer, activation and usage of the second product, and overall LTV uplift.
- Architect end-to-end cross-sell customer journeys — from in-app triggers and pre-approved offers to seamless onboarding for a second product — ensuring a frictionless experience that deepens engagement.
