Flow Designer
Service Portal
Integrations (REST, JDBC)
We currently utilize ITSM and CSM subscriptions, along with a license for Integration Hub.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance Request Item creation for automatic fulfillment of service requests.
Improve CMDB and implement CSDM by integrating multiple data sources.
Implement workspaces, with a focus on Service Operations and CSM workspaces.
Enhance our client-facing portal and CSM offerings.
Develop integrations with various databases to automate client onboarding processes.
Requirements
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Service Portal, REST, and JDBC integrations.
Experience with ITSM and CSM modules.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
