ROLE OVERVIEW

The Strategy & Operations team tackles the biggest issues facing the business, supports executive decision-making, and runs the operating processes that keep Fashion Nova scaling. This role extends that mandate to our Distribution Center.

As Manager, Strategy & Operations – Fulfillment, you will lead the portfolio of strategic initiatives at our DC — from labor and inventory optimization to robotics, systems, and the design of future fulfillment sites. Sitting in the Strategy function, you will have visibility across the entire operation and the mandate to own the priorities that matter most — taking on the executive initiatives facing the DC and driving them to completion alongside cross-functional leadership. You will be the on-the-ground strategic lead for fulfillment, working closely with DC Operations
