Position Title: Legal Assistant

Country: ONSITE Argentina (Córdoba, Buenos Aires and Mendoza)

Shift days, hours and time zone: Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30PM

we are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in personal injury cases. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Legal Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Client Follow-Up: Maintain constant and effective communication with clients.
- Institutional Contact: Coordinate with hospitals, police stations, insurance companies, and other institutions related to personal injury cases.
- Case Management: Handle a large number of cases effectively, ensuring each receives proper attention.
- Task Prioritization: Organize and prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency.
- Therapy Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of physical therapy sessions and follow up with clients.
- Handling Sensitive and Confidential Matters: Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Skills:





- This client really likes people who are studying legal subjects but whose schedule does not interfere. One year of legal experience is sufficient. NO US experience is needed, local experience works. B2 English Level.
- Sworn translation studies and experience is also a fit for this role.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Stay calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.
- Adaptability to Change: Be versátil and able to adapt to new circumstances and procedures.
- Organizational and Multitasking Skills: Be highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent Spoken and Written English: Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
