Title: Mobile Application Developer

Location: Any where in LATAM, Mexico or Costa Rica

Mobile Application Developer: MID LEVEL (5 to 8 years) (Project: PBE/GPC)

- Experience building resilient and scalable AI & machine learning code/model translation into user-friendly mobile based applications.

- Develop AI Edge based products from scratch, collaborate with other talented AI/ML engineers, to optimize insurance-based Claims Management workflows via cutting-edge AI based automated solutions.

- Work with cross functional engineering teams in a agile manner to design and build application programming interfaces (APIs), SDK and other features required to support AI/machine learning platform.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing clear communication of technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience in enterprise and/or consumer mobile application development roles with at least 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role in SaaS based AI & Machine Learning applications.

- Experience in design, development, testing, and releasing mobile applications (iOS, Android, & web applications)

- Knowledge as an AI/ML Application Developer. Ability to develop & integrate AI/ML (Like CNNs/Diffusion Models/Transformers etc.) models to meet project requirements.





- Convert AI/ML models into APIs that other developers/services can use.

- Perform algorithmic/statistical analysis on very large multi modal data sets (Image/Video)

- Develop and maintain mobile as well as web applications for various platforms, such as on iOS and Android.

- Design and develop client-side/server-side SDK that can be used by other developers/services to integrate with the Intelligent Open AI/machine learning platform. Ability to operationalize, optimize and maintain developed APIs and SDK.

- Work within a team setting and closely collaborate with Product Managers, ML engineers, Data Scientists, business analysts, data engineers, and MLOPs engineers to develop the necessary specifications for software application.

- Experiences creating libraries and APIs (having public GitHub repository or having experiences contributing to open source is a plus)

- Solid knowledge of at least two of the following programming languages: Python, Kotlin, Java, JavaScript, Go, Swift.

- Must have good communication/documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- UI/UX experience a plus.

- AI Chatbots, Conversational/Generative/AI prompt engineering skills a plus.

- Ability to work well in diverse, fast-paced environments and be an independent contributor.

- Extensive experience in modern software engineering practices.

- Swift, Swift UI, Flutter expertise, & Objective-C experience with strong computer Science fundamentals preferred.
