Accountabilities





The Senior Affiliate Manager will be responsible for developing and scaling affiliate partnerships, managing the full partner lifecycle, and driving profitable growth through strategic collaborations and performance optimization.
- Identify, approach, negotiate with, and onboard new affiliate partners, advertisers, networks, and business opportunities within the mainstream dating vertical.
- Build and manage a strong partnership pipeline, from initial outreach and negotiations through campaign launch and long-term collaboration.
- Drive affiliate channel growth by testing new traffic sources, scaling successful partnerships, and increasing sales volume and profitability.
- Manage the complete partner lifecycle, including onboarding, communication, development, and coordination with internal teams.
