Purpose

We are looking for a Performance Data Analyst to live at the intersection of data fluency, business outcomes, and customer impact — using analytics, automation, and adaptability to turn performance complexity into growth opportunities.

In this role, you’ll
- Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI to monitor performance and business metrics
- Implement, maintain, and audit conversion events and user tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Set up and manage tracking in Google Analytics 4, ensuring accurate measurement of the customer journey
- Deploy AI and automation tools to optimize recurring processes,



report generation, data integration, and anomaly detection
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic, etc.)
- Identify optimization opportunities and improvements in funnels, audiences, creatives, and targeting
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and BI teams to align business goals with the data strategy
- collaborate with external agencies or small technical teams related to the area

What we look for in an exceptional candidate
- +4 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on performance and digital marketing
- Good familiarity with data analysis tools such as Looker Studio and PowerBI
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, including events and conversions
- Ability to generate actionable insights from performance campaigns and business KPIs
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including dashboard creation, data compilation, and
