About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager / IT Manager to lead and coordinate a small but highly capable technical team working across multiple AI-driven products. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, operations, and stakeholders, with a strong focus on execution, planning, and team enablement,



rather than hands-on coding.

The team is technically strong and largely self-sufficient, but currently lacks structured planning, backlog management, sprint discipline, and cross-functional coordination. This role exists to bring order, clarity, and predictability to how work is planned and delivered—without disrupting a healthy team dynamic.

The person in this role will act as a front-line technical manager and Scrum-style leader, responsible for organizing work, managing priorities, guiding agile processes, and helping the team operate efficiently across multiple concurrent products and customer projects. While this role does not require active development work, it does require a solid technical foundation to understand the architecture, challenges, and translate business needs into executable technical plans.
