About the role:
We are looking for a Service Operations Technician to support daily IT and operational technology (OT) services at our terminal operations. You will work as part of a local and regional technology team, ensuring that end users and infrastructure systems operate reliably and efficiently. This role focuses on hands-on support, maintenance, and incident resolution across IT and OT environments, with exposure to a wide range of technologies including end-user devices, network infrastructure, and terminal-related systems.
It offers an opportunity to build technical expertise while contributing directly to the continuity and performance of terminal operations.
