Job Description:

We are seeking a Platform & Systems Coordinator to oversee environment monitoring, coordinate access requests, and support connectivity across banking systems. This role will also involve dashboard development, documentation of ongoing initiatives, and collaboration on deployment monitoring and MQ Champion activities during the DUAL RUN phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor IT environments and support dashboard creation for enhanced visibility.




- Manage and execute access requests for GRAVITY banking systems.
- Support connectivity setups in various project phases.
- Maintain and create technical documentation for ongoing initiatives.
- Oversee environment recharges and deployment monitoring.
- Act as an MQ Champion during the DUAL RUN phase.
- Coordinate test rooms and facilitate smooth execution of platform operations.

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in IT systems coordination or platform management.
- Strong knowledge of IT Systems & Technical Operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency is desirable.
