We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help shape and scale the client's visual identity across every touchpoint: from brand and campaigns to digital experiences and storytelling. This role is ideal for a highly creative, detail-obsessed designer who can think conceptually, execute flawlessly, and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams.

You'll play a key role in evolving the brand, bringing big ideas to life, and ensuring consistency and quality.

What you will do:

- Own the design and execution of high-impact creative across digital, web, social, campaigns, events, sales enablement, and corporate communications.
- Translate brand strategy and marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts and systems.
- Lead creative development for campaigns from early concepts through final production.
- Partner closely with marketers, product teams, and leadership to deliver cohesive storytelling.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and design systems to ensure consistency at scale.
- Review and refine creative work to uphold a high-caliber brand that appeals to large and extra large enterprises.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing speed and quality.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to external partners as needed.

Contract type: Full-time - Permanent position.

Location: 100% Remote from Argentina.

Requisitos

- 7+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in B2B, tech,



SaaS, or agency environments.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, brand systems, and multi-channel execution.
- Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and presentation tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for digital-first channels (web, social, email, paid media).
- Ability to take content briefs and turn them into clear, compelling creative.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you can explain your thinking and take feedback well.
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Advanced English level, both written and spoken.
- Degree or relevant academic background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital/Multimedia Design, Advertising, Art Direction, or related fields.

Nice to have:

- Experience with motion, video, or basic animation.
- Familiarity with web design systems and collaboration with developers.
- Experience working within or evolving a mature brand system.
- Exposure to cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or complex technical audiences.
