Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Creative Strategy Sr. Manager to lead the strategic direction, execution,



and innovation behind our general ad creative ecosystem. You’ll oversee a team of Creative Strategists responsible for developing high-performing concepts and frameworks that drive revenue across brands and business units.
- Lead and guide Creative Strategists to deliver Class-A direct-response campaigns across brands and channels.
- Define and oversee creative frameworks, playbooks, and ad structures that align storytelling, psychology, and performance.
- Conduct deep creative diagnostics of AdBattery assets — analyzing structure, angles, formats, and content variety.
- Master and apply buyer persona insights to ensure every message and creative approach resonates with our target audiences.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into creative strategies and acquisition plans.
- Analyze weekly performance data to identify winning ads, test new angles, and scale high-performing concep
