Purpose

We are looking for a CRM Executive to execute and optimize CRM campaigns across multiple lifecycle stages while supporting the development of regional CRM initiatives. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality automated campaigns, identifying optimization opportunities through data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer engagement and business performance.

In This Role, You'll
- Execute and manage CRM campaigns across multiple lifecycle stages, ensuring timely delivery and consistent customer experiences.
- Build, monitor, and optimize automated customer journeys across email, push notifications, SMS,



and other CRM channels.
- Support the implementation of lifecycle strategies by translating business objectives into effective CRM campaigns.
- Develop customer segmentations using behavioral, transactional, and lifecycle data.
- Configure and optimize trigger-based communications based on customer behavior and real-time events.
- Monitor campaign and journey performance, identifying optimization opportunities through data analysis.
- Execute A/B tests and other experimentation initiatives, providing recommendations based on results.
- Ensure CRM communications are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to the continuous evolution of CRM best practices and automation capabilities.

- 2+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Automation, or Email Marketing.
