Role Overview
Whether you're mid or senior-level, if you bring experience and expertise, this role is for you. A BIM Consultant plays a crucial role in ensuring the achievement of our BIM Consultancy projects and efforts. It upholds professional standards and contributes to the excellence of our BIM Consultancy services through its expertise and commitment to quality and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Lead our BIM Consultancy projects and internal efforts, developing creative and functional solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
Ensure the quality and completeness of our BIM Consultancy projects,
which include deliverables such as BIM Standards, BIM Content, BIM Strategies implementations, BIM workflow optimizations, and other BIM-related processes and outcomes.
Develop and maintain firm-wide BIM templates, workflows, and libraries to streamline efficiency across teams.
Generate project-specific procedures to meet BIM expectations.
Ensure adherence to BIM standards and protocols.
Collaborate closely with other project team members and stakeholders to effectively coordinate BIM standards and strategies implementations.
Supervise model quality, conducting regular QA/QC reviews and providing guidance to project teams to ensure a high-quality outcome.
Create and maintain project-specific and office-wide parametric content
Lead internal training sessions and workshops to enhance BIM knowledge across the company.
Actively engage with the project teams to troubleshoot and to ensure Revit best practices.
