The project includes developing and optimizing Snowflake, DBT, and other platform administration while contributing to data engineering projects. Work closely with the team, share knowledge through cross-training, and follow best practices to manage platforms and improve data workflows efficiently.

Profile Description

We are seeking multi-skilled professionals to join a cross-functional Systems

Administration and Data Engineering Team supporting key client platforms, including

Snowflake, DBT, and other applications. This hybrid role blends application administration with data engineering, making it idóneo for individuals eager to work across both domains and contribute to development projects.

Responsibilities

- Administer one or more platforms, with a focus on:
- Snowflake: Put in place best practices for administration and usage.
- DBT: Apply data engineering expertise to manage and optimize this tool.
- Fivetran: Python experience is critical for this role
- Other tools: GitHub, Workato (and/or Make), High Touch.

- Participate in cross-training to administer multiple platforms,



ensuring seamless coverage across the team.
- Collaborate on data engineering projects, using DBT and Snowflake as part of the stack.
- Establish standards and best practices for each platform, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Provide vacation and transition coverage to maintain uninterrupted service.
- Take part in development opportunities and engineering work to broaden your expertise and career path.
- Focus on team-based service delivery rather than individual responsibilities, ensuring the group effectively manages all systems.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in administering one or more platforms:
- Snowflake (required)
- DBT (required)
- GitHub, Workato (and/or Made), or other tools (preferred)

- Data engineering experience with a focus on DBT and Snowflake.
- Strong desire to expand skills across multiple platforms and contribute to both administrative and engineering functions.
- Comfort with dynamic, multi-role environments that blend administration with engineering work.
- Collaborative mindset, able to thrive in a team-first, cross-functional setting
