We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team Are you passionate about leading projects, collaborating with customers, and driving successful outcomes? We’re looking for a proactive and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex ITS projects. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships, control project risks and budgets, and ensure the successful delivery of projects that create value for both our customers and Kapsch.

- Project Planning & Delivery:



Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful closure of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, contractual commitments, and customer expectations.
- Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a results-driven environment focused on delivering business value.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, expectation management, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk & Opportunity Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation and action plans to support successful project outcomes.
