What you will be doing:
- Serve as the first contact for leads through phone or email, delivering a friendly and helpful experience. ?
- Collect important information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can help. ?
- Listen empathetically to individuals and guide them to appropriate resources within or outside the firm. ?
- Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions. ?
- Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts. ?
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support. ?
- Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork. ?
Requirements
Our adecuado candidate:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree. ?
- Has 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers. ?
- Is proficient in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency. ?✉️
- Has previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background (preferred). ?
- Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Polish, both spoken and written. ?️✍️
- Demonstrates excellent organizational and time-management skills. ?
- Maintains discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. ?
- Permanently resides in Latin America. ?
- Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection. ?
