from creating new user experiences to developing internal tools that help the Growth team operate more efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop full-stack features (backend and frontend/mobile) focused on improving user activation, conversion, retention, and monetization.
- Design and implement product experiments (A/B tests) and iterative improvements, balancing speed of execution with technical quality.
- Integrate analytics and tracking tools to measure user behavior and evaluate the impact of every release.
- Build internal tools, automations, and dashboards that improve the operational efficiency of the Growth team.
- Partner closely with Growth and Product teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
