Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's databases, ensuring they function properly.
- Design and structure the database architecture, optimizing performance and aligning technology with business objectives.
- Align business services with current technologies to reduce infrastructure impact and promote the adoption of new technological solutions.
- Implement backup and disaster recovery policies, ensuring service continuity and data protection.
- Collaborate with the development team to design efficient database models for new services and future migrations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues, ensuring optimal functioning of all services.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in database administration.
- Extensive knowledge of SQL Server administration.
- Experience managing complex database environments, with more than 100 databases in operation.
- Knowledge of other databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, NoSQL (Hadoop, Cloudera), MySQL, and BigQuery is a plus.
- Fluent English (B2-C1).
