We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Probate Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. Duties

- Prepare and file probate documents, including petitions, inventories, and accountings, ensuring compliance with all procedural laws and court requirements
- Conduct thorough legal research on estate laws, trust regulations & regulations, and other relevant areas to support case development
- Manage case files using document management systems such as Clio maintaining organized records of all case activities
- Interview clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for estate administration and litigation support
- Assist with estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related legal instruments
- Coordinate with courts, financial institutions,



and government agencies to facilitate the smooth progression of probate cases
- Draft legal correspondence, pleadings, and reports with precision while handling confidential information responsibly

Requirements

- Proven paralegal experience with a strong background in estate planning and probate law
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines
- Strong research skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with legal writing and document review expertise
- Exceptional client communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette and proofreading abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high standards of accuracy in data entry and filing tasks
- Experience supporting attorneys in project management tasks related to estate administration or complex litigation
