Job Description
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Portfolio/Program/Project Management areas (Portfolio Manger, Program Manager) in multidisciplinary projects inluding embeded and enterprise areas.
• Experience in technology, process management, managing quality and costs for programs and projects (e.g. cost, quality, schedule, performance), financial reporting, analysis, and planning during the project lifecycle
• Proven experience in escalation managemement in general, complex programs including especially in fixed price engagements
• Proven experience implementing program managemetn/quality process improvements and tools to effectively manage programs/project quality aspects
• Proven experience implementing project management/financial process improvements and tools to effectively manage project costs
• Must have proven experience managing multiple programs and project areas includig quality, financials, priorities, and tasks across multiple projects and teams – while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high quality
• Keen attention to details
• Documented experience in:
o Establishing, maintaining, and tracking project budgets, and overall cost control
o Establishing resource plans and translating resource plans into financial forecasts
o Preparing detailed monthly project forecasts, managing project forecast processes, and conducting project review meetings
o Presenting financials to leadership including executive leadership
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and time management skills; with the ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership
• Strong partnering, influencing, and interpersonal skills, including verbal, written, active listening, and communication; high attention to detail; demonstrated ability to influence partners and key business decisions
• Experience with legal documents, purchase orders, statements of works, etc.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the overall project execution proc
