Your Mission
We are looking for a Performance Creative designer to join our remote team. This role is for a visual storyteller who understands marketing and conversion. You are a hybrid talent: equal parts Video Editor and Graphic Designer. If you know how to create scroll-stopping video hooks and design thumbnails that demand a click, this is your playground.

Responsibilities
Ad & Social Media Creative Production




Design and produce high-performance static and video assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads-expertly crafting raw footage into compelling, high-retention video ads featuring engaging hooks, seamless transitions, text overlays, and visual effects optimized to maximize watch time.

Omnichannel Brand Design Design
and produce all graphic materials across our brand portfolio, including high-performance Amazon assets (A+ content, listings, video, and packaging), e-commerce website graphics (banners and hero images), and high-conversion email marketing visuals.
Content Optimization
Analyze raw video materials to select the best moments for storytelling and enhance them to drive conversions.

Brand Consistency
Ensure a cohesive look and feel across all digital materials, aligning website, email, and social media visuals with the brand identity.

Trend Awareness
Stay ahead of design trends and social media best practices to keep our content
