The Senior Tech Recruiter will play a pivotal role in our recruiting team at The Walt Disney Company,



serving as the primary point of contact for hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This 12-month temporary role is focused on sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top-tier technology talent while applying best practices to ensure a seamless recruitment experience. With emphasis on developing robust candidate pipelines, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment aimed at achieving exceptional results.

In this position, you will be responsible for full-service client management and the recruitment of technology and engineering disciplines. Partnering closely with client stakeholders, you will create and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify top-level talent. By leveraging innovative sourcing techniques and industry best practices, you will ensure that the organization attracts the finest candidates to meet its technology needs.
