We help public sector and social impact organizations modernize their workforce, strengthen organizational capabilities, and navigate complex change — from technology adoption and service delivery redesign to workforce planning and structural transformation. Our work directly impacts the communities, residents, and beneficiaries these organizations serve.
- As a Talent & Workforce Transformation Consultant within our Public Service practice,



you will support state and local government agencies and nonprofit organizations in navigating complex, large-scale organizational change. Your work will span the full spectrum of talent and workforce transformation — change management and technology adoption, platforms training and capability building, workforce planning, and organizational design — helping public sector clients define their target state, build workforce readiness, and achieve lasting mission outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?
