We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global HR Services team in Argentina. This role provides valuable exposure to international HR operations and the opportunity to develop skills that will support your career in Human Resources.
As an HR Services Partner, you will be part of our HR Hub, supporting key HR processes across multiple countries. Your responsibilities will include processing HR invoices, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate employee records in Workday, and providing administrative support. To succeed, you’ll need strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly established HR Hub in Argentina. You will collaborate closely with our experienced HR Hub team in Johannesburg, South Africa and Chennai, India, with guidance and support from our global HR structure.

Primary Task & Key Responsibilities:




- Responsible for processing HR invoices for various legal entities across the world.
- Responsible for preparing employment contracts, amendments, termination agreements, and related documentation in line with global and local requirements for multiple locations. Ensure accuracy and consistency of terms and conditions for all contracts. Collaborate with HR Leads and lawyers to update templates as necessary.
- Responsible for timely delivery of any HR administrative documentation, in keeping with defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Responsible for doing the end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding included but not limited to the below,
- Onboarding: working with the Talent Acquisition teams from the point of offer acceptance; initiate hire process in Workday; schedule induction sessions and support IT and Office Services with new joiner logistics.
