What you can expect
The Shipment Coordinator supports daily shipping and logistics activities, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time deliveries. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate shipments, solve operational issues, and keep logistics processes running smoothly, always following established procedures and ROSEN Group quality and safety standards.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate receiving, warehousing, stock handling, picking, packing, and preparation of materials for shipment, ensuring physical and system accuracy.
- Assure the shipment to meet all applicable safety and regulation requirements by appropriate packing of materials.
- Coordinate and handle transport requests or consignments by sea, air, and land haulage Include all documents required for transportation
- Monitor transportation progress on order to meet internal client needs efficiently.
- Maintain and update operational data related to costs, lead times, weights, volumes, and transport performance.
- Act as an interface between internal stakeholders and external logistics and transportation service providers.
- Comply with warehouse and stock- related activities within the process of Supply Chain. Entry checks, Conduction inventories, physical storage of goods, handling requisitions and distribution of received goods.
- Support supply chain projects, KPI tracking, reporting, supplier and service provider evaluation, risk assessments, and basic master data and system validation activities.
- In addition to supply chain responsibilities, the candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for service providers and act as the site HSE Champion. This role includes promoting adherence to HSE and regulatory requirements while actively contributing to a safe work environment and the continuity of business operations.
What you will bring
- Previous experience in logistics, shipping coordination,
warehouse operations or similar role
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and discipline skills to manage daily operational tasks
- Hands-on mindset with high level of proactivity
- Proven problem-solving skills in operational and logistics environments
- Ability to strictly follow SOPs and operational procedures
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Basic knowledge of logistics/shipping documentation and coordination processes
- Good communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders
- English is a nice to have
- Ability to work fully on-site in Neuquén
