Position Overview

Statiq is looking for a driven, adaptable, and resourceful Recruiter to help scale our general team by attracting exceptional talent across multiple functions.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is excited to build as they go. As a Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding support—while partnering closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies and continuously improve our talent acquisition processes.

Beyond filling roles, you’ll help us build a world-class hiring experience, strengthen our employer brand, and contribute to creating the team that will drive Statiq’s next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define hiring strategies, and advise on talent market trends.
- Source exceptional candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, outbound sourcing,



and creative talent acquisition strategies.
- Conduct recruiter interviews to assess technical skills, cultural alignment, motivation, and growth potential.
- Coordinate interview processes while delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage job postings and optimize sourcing strategies across multiple recruitment channels.
- Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and hiring best practices.
- Track recruiting metrics and pipeline health to support data-driven hiring decisions.
- Support employer branding initiatives and help position Statiq as an employer of choice.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring documentation within the ATS.
- Provide a high-touch, transparent, and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

- 2–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting within startups, scale-ups, agencies, or high-growth companies is highly preferred.
- Experience recruiting Marketing and Creative profiles is a plus.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern recruiting platforms.




- Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously across different business functions.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Experience with ATS platforms, Slack, Google Workspace, and AI recruiting tools is a plus.
