As a core member of the Talent leadership group, you will steer Halter's integral hiring strategy during a period of rapid international expansion. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, you will manage and mentor a growing squad of recruiters while maintaining hands‑on ownership of critical searches.
The position demands a blend of strategic workforce planning, operational delivery, and cultural stewardship to ensure every hire elevates the organizational bar. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, designing scalable processes that balance velocity with rigorous assessment standards.

What you'll do

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters focused on Customer Success and Go-To-Market functions throughout South America, establishing clear performance standards and facilitating career progression.
- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across diverse portfolios, ensuring the broader team consistently secures high‑caliber talent while maintaining an exceptional candidate journey.
- Collaborate intimately with the Head of Talent on macro recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and capacity modeling to fuel near‑term and long‑range organizational growth.
- Serve as a senior strategic partner to hiring leaders, guiding them on talent forecasting, success profile definition, and evidence‑based selection decisions.
- Architect and iterate scalable hiring workflows, tooling stacks, and operational rhythms that sustain increasing volume without eroding quality signals.
- Design and deliver structured interviewer training programs, calibration sessions, and real‑time coaching to elevate assessment rigor across the organization.
- Refine and amplify Halter's Employee Value Proposition, ensuring external messaging authentically reflects the lived employee experience and mission impact.
- Embed inclusive hiring frameworks throughout the lifecycle, advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives in both process mechanics and outcome metrics.
- Represent Halter externally as a talent brand ambassador at industry conferences, university partnerships,



and community forums to strengthen employer recognition in LATAM.
- Instrument, analyze, and socialize key recruitment metrics

Requirements

- Minimum eight years of progressive talent acquisition experience, preferably within hyper‑growth technology companies or complex global organizations.
- Demonstrated track record of building, leading, and scaling recruiting teams, including performance management, competency framework design, and leadership development.
- Proven success hiring across multiple disciplines

- and geographies, with specific credibility in technical or deeply specialized domains.
- Ability to fluidly operate at both strategic altitude (board‑level workforce planning, EVP architecture) and tactical depth (running search sprints, closing senior candidates).
- History of delivering high‑volume hiring outcomes without sacrificing quality thresholds or candidate Net Promoter Scores.
- Deep expertise in proactive sourcing methodologies, global talent mapping, and competitive intelligence across international labor markets.
- Strong analytical fluency; comfortable building dashboards, modeling funnel conversion, and using data narratives to influence executive decision‑making.
- High emotional intelligence and executive presence, with a calm, solutions‑oriented demeanor when navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, or organizational change.
- Extreme ownership mindset; builds trust rapidly, operates with high integrity, and possesses genuine passion for the craft of elite recruitment.

- Prior experience recruiting specifically within the Latin American technology ecosystem or managing distributed LATAM hiring teams.
- Familiarity with AgTech, IoT, hardware, or regulated industry talent landscapes.
- Background in building university relations or early‑career programs at scale.
- Experience leading employer brand strategy or recruitment marketing functions.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar enterprise ATS platforms and advanced sourcing tooling (Gem, Linked In Recruiter, HireEZ).
- Fluency in Portuguese in addition to Spanish and English.
