Job Title:
AI Product Designer (UI/UX)

Role Objective:

Design product experiences that are intuitive, visually appealing, and useful, and make them better with every round of feedback. As our AI Product Designer, you'll be the voice of the user in every decision: who we're building for, what they truly need, and how each design could serve them better. You'll work across the design process, from understanding users and the market to mapping flows to designing clear and usable screens, with guidance and plenty of room to grow. And you'll use modern AI tools to go from idea to working prototype fast.

Day to day, that looks like:

Understand the User & the Market
- Be the voice of the user in product decisions, advocate for their needs, even when it’s the harder path.
- Run user research: interviews, testing, and gathering feedback to understand what people really need.
- Look at competitors and the market to learn what already exists and where we can do better.
- Create personas and journey maps to keep the whole team aligned on who we’re designing for.

Design & Prototype




- Turn what you learn into clear, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for both desktop and mobile.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and mockups — using Figma and AI tools
- Build interactive prototypes so ideas can be felt and tested, not just described.
- Iterate as you get feedback

Design Systems
- Work within and help grow a shared design system — components, colors, and type — so products stay consistent.
- Design in a reusable, scalable way that keeps things coherent as products evolve.

Collaboration
- Work closely with product and engineering to take ideas from concept to launch.
- Share your work early and often, and explain the thinking behind your design choices.
- Partner with developers through handoff to make sure the final product matches the intent.
