About The Role
As a South American Launch Specialist, you'll be one of the first people on the ground establishing Halter's presence across the region — and you'll own what it means to bring Halter to producers in Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil for the first time.

You'll lead the rollout of Halter on new operations end-to-end: training cattle and operators, solving problems in the field, and supporting producers as they get started. You'll work directly with ganaderos and pecuaristas — on the estancia, on the fazenda, in the campo — building the onboarding experience that every future customer in the region will inherit.

This role is partially field-based. Expect roughly a 70/30 split toward time on the ground, with regular travel across Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil. You'll be with customers where they run their cattle, and the quality of what you build depends on you
