Junior Finance Analyst
As a Junior Finance Analyst, you will support the day‐to‐day operations of the Finance team by ensuring accurate setup, maintenance, and administration of financial and project‐related information across multiple systems and tools.
You will act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing support on ERP‐related matters and helping maintain the processes that enable the successful management of client projects.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting both Finance and Account teams in a fast‐paced advertising agency environment.
Responsibilities
Support the Finance and Account teams with the setup, maintenance, and administration of project‐related information across various systems and tools.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding ERP‐related questions and support requests.
Manage ERP user access requests, permissions, and basic system administration tasks.
Monitor and validate data entered into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Review and follow up on timesheet submissions to ensure compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.
Coordinate the client creation process, ensuring all required information is accurately entered and approved within company systems.
Assist with project setup and maintenance activities to support the project lifecycle.
Maintain documentation of finance operations processes and procedures.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflows.
Support month‐end activities and other recurring finance processes as required.
Provide ad‐hoc support for finance projects, operational initiatives, and departmental priorities.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Finance, Operations, Accounting,
Business Administration, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience working with ERP systems is preferred (NetSuite experience is a plus).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Customer‐service mindset and willingness to support internal stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
