We're looking for a Creative Strategist (Organic Growth) who can turn customer insights, trends, and product launches into content ideas that drive brand discovery, engagement, and growth.
This is not a traditional content manager role.
You won't be responsible for creating every asset yourself — you'll own the strategy behind what we create, why we create it, and how it helps the brand grow .
You'll combine creative thinking, consumer psychology, organic content strategy, and SEO insights to build a scalable organic growth engine across social platforms and search.
You'll work closely with our Content Creator, Graphic Designer, and marketing team to develop concepts, briefs, storytelling angles, and creative direction that turn ideas into high-performing content.
