As a Personal Independence – PCP Outreach Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions within our Internal Firm Services practice.
You will help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively.
You will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others.
You will anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is not clear.
Responsibilities
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks effectively
Building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others
Anticipating the needs of teams and clients to deliver quality outcomes
Utilizing critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas
Upholding and reinforcing professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for risk management
Conducting compliance reviews and risk assessments to identify potential areas of improvement
Designing and delivering compliance training programs to promote a culture of integrity
Collaborating with stakeholders to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and its changes
What You Must Have
At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
At least 2 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required

Demonstrating analytical thinking and risk‐management program development
Utilizing business ethics and ethical standards in decision‐making
Developing policies and guidelines for regulatory compliance

Building meaningful stakeholder connections and anticipating needs
Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing with strong customer‐service orientation (English/Spanish)
Availability to work according to US schedule (EST time zone, local bank holidays)
Understanding the importance of correct information management
Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
