As a Finance Business Partner Manager at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial advice and strategic guidance to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions.
Within our Internal Firm Services practice you will focus on managing financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling tasks such as financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management.
You will lead projects, coach and mentor team members, and foster an inclusive, innovative culture that drives quality results for clients and the firm.
Responsibilities
Leading financial analysis and strategic guidance to optimize client financial performance
Managing financial processes and confirming compliance with regulations
Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and risk management activities
Developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
Analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support financial decision‐making
Utilizing financial reporting tools to generate accurate and timely reports
Implementing internal controls to safeguard financial integrity
Addressing conflicts and engaging in constructive conversations with team members and stakeholders




Embracing technology and innovation to improve financial operations and processes
What You Must Have
At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
At least 4 years of experience
Background in Accounting and Financial Planning
Oral and written proficiency in English required
