Paid Media Specialist
As a Specialist, you will support, manage, optimize and report on media campaigns across a portfolio of clients, working closely with a broader team to ensure digital channels are activated effectively and aligned with business goals.
In this role you will
Partner with team members to complete internal and external tasks.
Assist in campaign builds: set budgets and pacing, assign creatives to line items, manage targeting at campaign, IO, and line‐item level, set up advertiser linkage, implement tagging, and coordinate channel overlap.
Provide client updates and troubleshoot basic issues on in‐scope platforms, following escalation paths and communicating next steps.
Ensure quality assurance across your own book of business, e.g.
Maintain understanding of MM & team QA processes & tools
Maintain QA best practices with lessons learned from own and other team's QA experience
Collaborate with team members to complete QA checks across your team's accounts
Develop and grow relationships with internal stakeholders to ascertain business needs and craft strategic and tactical approaches.




Identify and communicate growth opportunities for current clients to management.
Stay informed on market trends and help roll out new processes and products that add value to clients and the organization.
Experience you already have
Enthusiasm for the digital media industry.
At least 1 year of hands‐on experience managing Google Ads, social platforms, and programmatic.
Experience with Google Sheets or Excel.
Data analysis abilities.
Consultative approach when developing and managing business relationships.
Innovative thinker who brings ideas and strategies to life.
Adaptable, versatile, and driven to acquire new skills and scale knowledge.
Comfortable working among intercultural teams.
Strong attention to detail.
Advanced English both written and spoken.
