Whippy is hiring an entrepreneurial Customer Success Manager to retain and grow a dedicated book of customers. You will own end-to-end account management, drive value realization, and help customers scale with Whippy’s AI-powered platform across calls, texts, email, and automations.
You’ll work with a small, collaborative team, report to the Head of Customer Success, and have opportunities to shape our customer success program and growth strategy as we expand.
