About the Role We are looking for a Producer who thrives in early‑stage startup environments and brings solid fluency in video game development. You will keep a portfolio of game projects moving: owning internal projects end‑to‑end at the execution level,



and partnering on external development engagements to make sure timelines, deliverables, and contracts stay on track.
This is a hands‑on production role. You will keep work flowing across multiple projects, hold vendors accountable to their commitments, and catch problems before they become fires. You will run vendor meetings and act as the day‑to‑day point of contact on the projects you own, with support from an experienced production lead.
CDR's production team is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina and report to CDR’s Head of Production. What You'll Do Own internal projects end‑to‑end at the execution level: tracking tasks, managing timelines, coordinating across disciplines and with client‑side teams, and keeping everything moving.
