As the South American Launch Manager, you'll own how Halter lands and grows across the region. This is a builder's role: you're accountable for South America's launch outcomes, and for standing up the team, systems, and playbook that deliver them. You'll start close to the work and scale from there.

Unlike a mature market, you won't sit above the work — at least not at first. Early on you'll be hands-on with producers and deployments yourself, on the estancia and the fazenda, learning what local ganaderos and pecuaristas actually need. As the region grows, you'll hire and develop the team that takes the frontline, and shift your focus to outcomes, quality, and scale. Building that arc is the job.

You'll spend less time in the field than your frontline Launch team, but plan for regular travel across Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil and real time on the ground. This is not a
