About the Role

This is a hands-on execution role supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and go-to-market systems for B2B companies operating in niche markets.

You will work directly within a fractional consulting model, where strategy, execution, and iteration are tightly connected. There are no large teams or layered structures—only clear processes, defined systems, and a strong focus on impact.

The role is built for someone who can think analytically, execute independently, and contribute directly to pipeline generation through structured, high-quality work.

Role Overview

We are looking for someone who can operate across research, campaign execution, content production, and reporting.

This is not a coordination role. You will be responsible for building and running key parts of the system: from target account lists and outbound sequences to campaign briefs and performance analysis.





You will have context, tools, and autonomy—but also ownership over execution quality and outcomes.

Responsibilities

ABM & Go-To-Market Execution
- Build and maintain Target Account Lists based on ICP, intent signals, and segmentation logic
- Conduct account research: map buyer committees, identify pain points, triggers, and competitive context
- Develop outbound sequences (Email + LinkedIn), including copywriting, segmentation variants, QA, and iteration
- Create detailed campaign briefs: messaging per persona/tier, offer, CTA, required assets, and dependencies
- Manage deliverables across campaign cycles, ensuring continuity and documentation of outcomes

Content & Deliverables
- Produce strategy briefs, one-pagers, and sales-oriented summaries
- Create slides and lightweight mockups for campaigns or client-facing materials
