Our client is a growing Miami, Florida-based personal injury law firm dedicated to serving clients with excellence. They operate a high-performing collaborative team environment split between their local office and an international remote workforce. This role focuses strictly on moving matters through the active court process rather than pre-litigation medical management.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file complaints, motions, and other formal litigation documents with the court.
- Draft, issue, and track subpoenas to relevant parties.
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial dates across all active cases.
- Monitor, track,



and enforce litigation deadlines to keep cases moving efficiently through the court system.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to trial attorneys during extensive trial preparation.
- Maintain exceptionally organized and accurate digital case files within Clio and ClickUp.
- Collaborate closely with the broader litigation team and report directly to the Litigation Manager.

What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal specifically handling personal injury cases.
- Working knowledge of civil litigation procedures, including court filings, discovery rules, and trial scheduling.
- Fluent, professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of personal accountability, organization, and comfort working independently in a fully remote setup.
- Capability to manage time-sensitive court timelines under pressure.
