Role Description
The Virtual Assistant – Online Sourcing role is a remote contract position focused on identifying, evaluating, and coordinating the purchase and sale of marine electronics through online channels. Day-to-day tasks include searching marketplace platforms and vendor websites for relevant inventory, reviewing product specifications and pricing, and compiling detailed listings and documentation.



The role also involves communicating with sellers and buyers via email or messaging, organizing data in spreadsheets or inventory management tools, and updating records to ensure accurate tracking of offers, orders, and shipments. The Virtual Assistant will support the team by preparing basic reports, monitoring market trends, and ensuring that online sourcing activities are timely, accurate, and aligned with company guidelines.
