- You are proficient in Sales leadership, SaaS sales, Prospecting, Employee onboarding, Customer success.

Founding Sales Executive | Fractional to Full-Time | Bilingual SaaS for the Trades (Spanish - US Hours)

Be the first sales hire at a launched, live SaaS company, and build the sales organization you'll eventually run.

ABOUT FOUNDRY

Foundry is a mobile-first, fully bilingual (English + Spanish) platform for independent contractors and field service pros: booking, estimates, job management, invoicing, and payments in one app. We launched commercially in June 2026, we have a live trial cohort right now, and we're going after a market the big players serve badly: the millions of Spanish-speaking and small-crew service businesses running their companies from a truck. The product is built. The wedge is real. What we need is the person who sells it. Product details and demo access shared with shortlisted candidates.
