Job Summary:
As a Host Company Supervisor at Placement International, you will be a pivotal connector between our esteemed host companies and our talented candidates. Your role involves cultivating and managing strong relationships with our luxury hospitality and culinary partners to ensure they receive top-tier service and support.
You will be instrumental in matching idóneo candidates with the right opportunities by facilitating interviews, promoting standout talents, and ensuring that our partners have access to a well-qualified pool. For candidates, you will serve as a dedicated mentor, offering guidance on professional presentation, conducting mock interviews, and providing strategic advice to enhance their interview skills. Your goal is to empower candidates to secure their ideal roles while ensuring that host companies benefit from exceptional talent. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to work closely with prestigious organizations, driving success for both our clients and candidates.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 - 3 years of work experience in Management in 4-5 star hotels with proven experience in client management, hospitality, or a related field, and a strong understanding of the luxury hospitality sector. Prior experience in managing teams preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospital
