Senior Producer
, a strategic position within their in-house creative agency.

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly technical professional with solid experience leading audiovisual productions from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-impact video and audio content for global campaigns, collaborating with creative teams and international stakeholders to create innovative brand experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end production of video and audio projects, from conceptualization to final delivery.
- Develop creative solutions aligned with the brand's general strategy and positioning.
- Produce audiovisual content for multichannel campaigns, including digital assets, corporate pieces, and podcasts.
- Coordinate studio and on-location shoots.
- Work alongside designers, motion designers, copywriters, and creative teams.




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into high-impact content.
- Incorporate Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize creative and production processes.
- Supervise pre-production, production, and post-production processes, ensuring high quality standards.
- Manage external vendors and assist in the administration of production resources.
- Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices in audiovisual production.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines and priorities.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in audiovisual production, television, film, or creative agencies.
- A demonstrable portfolio showcasing high-quality audiovisual projects.
- Degree in Film, Communications, Advertising, Audiovisual Production, or a related field.
- Experience in directing, producing, filming, and video editing.
