✨ What You’ll Do

This role is a blend of
executive assistance, creative/social media support, and outreach strategy.
- ? Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments & meeting prep
- ?️ Track tasks, follow-ups, and organize project files
- ?️ Assist in creating decks, proposals & client presentations
- ? Help schedule & manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram & more
- ✍️ Write captions, creative ideas, and assist with brand voice
- ? Research trends, hashtags, and industry content to spark new strategies
- ? Assist in
appointment setting, client outreach & lead research
- ? Compile performance reports & insights for optimization
- ? Join brainstorming sessions, strategy calls & campaign planning
