About the Role
Join our Growth & Retention team and help Spanish-speaking clients become active, confident traders.
Your mission is to support clients who register but don't complete their first steps due to deposit issues, platform confusion, or other activation barriers. You'll proactively communicate with existing clients, help remove those blockers, and guide them toward successful activation.
This role involves high-volume outbound communication while maintaining a thoughtful, customer-focused approach. You'll also document customer interactions in CRM and identify recurring client challenges that can help improve our products and processes.
What You'll Do
- Proactively contact Spanish-speaking clients by phone.
- Help clients resolve activation barriers, including deposit and platform-related issues.
- Re-engage inactive clients through solution-oriented conversations.
- Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in CRM.
- Identify recurring customer friction points and share feedback with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the client experience.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of high-volume outbound calling experience.
- Experience in fintech, telecom, banking, insurance, or a similar industry.
- Experience resolving customer activation or onbo
