Autumn ABA, LLC is a growing autism services organization that provides high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are expanding our services into Puerto Rico and are seeking a local representative to assist with the final stages of our regulatory and licensing process.
This is a part-time, project-based opportunity for an individual with healthcare, behavioral health, or administrative experience who is interested in helping establish much-needed autism services in Puerto Rico.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Puerto Rico-based Healthcare Representative / Behavioral Health Administrator to serve as our local point of contact during the licensing and contracting process with Puerto Rico regulatory agencies and Medicaid organizations.
This is primarily an administrative and consulting role. No ABA experience is required, and no direct clinical services will be provided.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the local representative for Autumn ABA, LLC during the Puerto Rico licensing and credentialing process.
• Assist with obtaining and submitting regulatory and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate communications with ASSMCA, Medicaid organizations,
and other governmental agencies as needed.
• Assist with establishing the company's operations in Puerto Rico.
• Potentially assist with future administrative and operational initiatives as the company expands.
Preferred Qualifications
• Resident of Puerto Rico.
• Experience in healthcare administration, behavioral health, social services, or healthcare operations.
• Background in social work, psychology, counseling, healthcare management, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with Puerto Rico healthcare systems, Medicaid, or government agencies is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a mainland-based organization.
Compensation
• Competitive one-time project fee upon completion of licensing milestones.
