The position acts as a key connector between demand planning, commercial teams, marketing, production sites, regional supply teams, and global planning stakeholders. It plays a critical role in translating business needs into feasible supply plans, ensuring visibility, alignment, and timely execution across the integrated supply chain.
Accountabilities
Develop and manage supply plans for the Insecticides and Fungicides portfolio in the Commercial Unit South, ensuring alignment between demand requirements, supply constraints, inventory targets, and business priorities.
Drive balanced supply-demand plans at agreed service levels, providing clear visibility of risks, constraints, and opportunities to support optimized decision-making across the supply chain.
Coordinate the end-to-end supply planning process, from demand reception and system planning to production order placement, product availability, and follow-up with source plants and asset planners.
Monitor inventory performance across the assigned portfolio, tracking stock levels, coverage, aging, slow-moving and excess inventory, and proposing mitigation actions to reduce write-offs, lost sales, and obsolete stock.

Ensure supply plans are accurately reflected in planning and ERP systems, applying SAP/APO/IBP planning principles and maintaining alignment between system signals, operational execution, and business needs.
Collaborate closely with regional and global supply planning teams, manufacturing sites, logistics, customer operations, marketing, and commercial stakeholders to ensure timely product availability and execution of agreed plans.
Support New Product Introductions for the assigned portfolio, working with marketing, demand planning, regulatory, manufacturing, and supply teams to ensure supply readiness and timely product launch according to forecast and business priorities.
Maintain accurate master data for materials and planning parameters, following established Master Data and Supply Planning processes to ensure planning reliability and operational consistency.
Identify supply risks and constraints, build scenarios when needed, and communicate impacts clearly to relevant stakeholders to enable proactive decision-making.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and general planning projects, contributing ideas to simplify processes, improve planning accuracy, strengthen data quality, and support transitions related to ERP, planning system, or process changes.
