About You

You have experience in both public and private accounting and you can comfortably work collaboratively in teams and independently. You are a self-motivated individual who has a thirst to develop new processes while improving existing ones. As an accountant at AppDirect you are someone who is able to roll up their sleeves for a hands‑on experience with an elite team to develop and build a first-class accounting function. To be successful in this role, you must have strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting processes, controls and systems.

The position offers a versátil hybrid schedule:



you will work one day per week onsite and four days remote.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

- Assist in monthly close process and ensure compliance with monthly close calendar. Participate in month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Prepare accruals, and perform prepaid analysis.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business operations and financial reporting to provide financial insights and guidance to other teams to help inform decision‑making.
